ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors, of Kerverus Holding Plc, at a meeting held today on April 29, 2013, considered and approved the final accounts of both the Company and the Group ( company and consolidated) for the year 2012.
A. Financial Results
The net profit after tax on a consolidated basis for the year 2012 is 66.589 €. Result which fully vindicates the company forecasts and due to the gradual development of the Group.
At the corporate level, the net profit after tax amounted to 40,296 € , which resulted from the first influx of dividends from the subsidiary Kerverus IT (CY) Ltd., Amount 107,344 €.
B. Annual General Meeting
The Board decided that the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 May 2013 at the offices of the Company at Anexartisias and Athinon in the city of Limassol.
